Fried Cheese Curds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup of beer

Directions

  1. Freeze curds for 1 hour prior to frying.
  2. Heat frying oil to 350°
  3. Mix all batter ingredients together.
  4. Coat frozen curds in extra loose flour, then dunk into batter.
  5. When covered, drop one by one into hot oil and fry for 1-3 minutes, or until golden.
  6. Enjoy!
