Meet GreG Maulick
Greg Maulick began working in his father’s grocery and hardware business at the age of 14, where he had to quickly learn about quality and customer care. Greg went on to establish his own businesses, including restaurants, pizza and sub shops. He became a self-taught chef and had the pleasure of preparing food at his Green Bay location for numerous popular people and athletes, such as Reggie White, Brett Favre, Gilbert Brown, and Mike Holmgren, among others, including most of the Packer players from that era.
Between Greg and his wife, who have been married for more than 40 years, they have accumulated over 80 years of knowledge in the food and cheese industry. His wife also has over 20 years of experience in the cheese business. Quality and a deep understanding of the flavors of food and cheese have been instrumental in their success.
Greg and his son, Adam, had an idea after Adam moved from Wisconsin to Pensacola, Florida. They believed that Florida residents needed access to Wisconsin cheese without the high shipping costs from Wisconsin. As a result, they established “Wisconsin Cheese Dudes,” with multiple locations to provide 100% real Wisconsin cheese at a fair price.
Greg and his wife are avid food enthusiasts who love to cook and create new dishes. They also enjoy trying out new restaurants whenever the opportunity arises. In addition to his culinary interests, Greg is a fan of walking and golf.
Meet Adam Maulick
Adam Maulick is a warm-hearted and dedicated individual who has made a significant impact on both his Wisconsin roots and his new Florida community. With a deep love for the cheese of his homeland, Adam set out to bring the flavors of Wisconsin to the Gulf coast when he relocated in 2022.
Drawing from his extensive experience in the beverage distribution industry, where he served as a sales representative and an account manager for 16 years, Adam skillfully navigated the world of cheese, ensuring that residents of Florida could indulge in the richness and quality of Wisconsin cheese.
In addition to his culinary pursuits, Adam is also known for his passion for basketball. In 2010 to accompany his Varsity coaching experience, he followed this passion and founded the nonprofit WI Crusaders and Mission Basketball Academy program. As the Executive Director, Adam provides direction, training, and coaching to players while also facilitating camps and organizing scholarship-level college exposure teams. His unwavering commitment to the program has made a lasting impact on aspiring young athletes in the community.
Continuing his dedication to sports, Adam currently serves as a coach at Pensacola Catholic High School, where he is entering his impressive 17th year of coaching varsity high school basketball. His experience and guidance have undoubtedly shaped countless student-athletes’ lives and helped them achieve their full potential on and off the court.
Beyond his involvement in sports, Adam also makes a positive contribution to the real estate industry as an agent for ERA Old South in Pensacola. His professionalism and expertise ensure that clients receive exceptional service as they navigate the world of buying or selling property.
Outside of work, Adam cherishes his loving relationship with his wife Melanie of 20 years and their four children, Logan, Malloire, Jada, and Aalyah. The family enjoys spending quality time together on the beach, attending church services, volunteering in the community, biking, and engaging in various sports activities. Adam’s boundless enthusiasm and friendly nature create an inviting and joyful atmosphere wherever he goes.
With his rich background, diverse skills, and genuinely helpful persona, Adam Maulick continues to be a pillar of support and a source of inspiration to those around him.
