Fried Cheese Curds
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup of beer
Directions
- Freeze curds for 1 hour prior to frying.
- Heat frying oil to 350°
- Mix all batter ingredients together.
- Coat frozen curds in extra loose flour, then dunk into batter.
- When covered, drop one by one into hot oil and fry for 1-3 minutes, or until golden.
